I work with individuals throughout British Columbia who are navigating burnout, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and chronic pain. I have a particular interest in supporting men who struggle in their relationships and professional lives. Additionally, I work with individuals experiencing family or interpersonal conflict, especially during major transitions such as career changes, separations, or significant life events like weddings.

I bring experience in harm reduction and safety work within the electronic dance music (EDM) scene and festival environments, supporting individuals in high-stimulation settings.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and holistic. I often discuss the crossover between our mental health and our physical health, often integrating information around women’s and men’s hormones cycles on the topic of relationships, for example. I aim to help clients feel at ease through humour, authenticity, and a grounded therapeutic presence. My work with clients balances warmth with accountability, to support meaningful and sustainable change.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), while also integrating an Adlerian psychodynamic lens and Attachment Theory when working with family dynamics and relationship patterns.

I offer individual counselling in-person in North Vancouver and Downtown Vancouver, and virtual therapy, working with clients located in Mount Pleasant, Kitsilano, Downtown Vancouver, East Vancouver, Northern BC and surrounding Lower Mainland areas.

I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels real and human. I value curiosity, compassion, and connection, bringing these qualities into every session. When I am not working, I am walking with my dog Kaiya, cooking, reading, going to concerts, travelling, and spending time with my friends and loved ones.
